If sending an e-mail to applicants or parents/gardians always copy the “Authorised YCE

Chairperson Responsible for this Form”.

Do not forget to copy also the family and the sending club when sending information to youth.

Also copy the youth and the family when sending the ACCEPTANCE FORM to YCEC.

We all need to acknowledge emails as soon as possible and improve our communications between each other.  
Always cc all interested parties on all Emails – There was a short discussion on this but it was unanimously agreed this should always be done.
