Youth Camp and Exchange meetings in EF

It was decided that the most  preferable option was that the YCE meetings be accepted as an intregral part of the EF. For that reason it was agreed that in the Friday session it would be proposed that the

YCE meeting be allocated as follows:

Day 1 :
YCE Chairpersons Meeting – as now in English only - Full day with the agenda decided by the YCEC.
Day 2 
The open “plenary session” Open to all interested in YCE. Simultaneous translation
Day 3   
The “bazaar” and agreements on exchange for the coming year, resumé of the meetings.
